I’m not a fan of Chinese food but I quite enjoyed the spread at one-Michelin-starred Chef Kang’s Private Kitchen. Never thought I would love glutinous rice, ever, but the glutinous rice with garlic steamed crab was really good! My fam loved the signature slow braised marble goby soup and hot plate fatty char siew as well. Will also recommend the signature deep fried prawn paste pork belly! The bill was about $440 for 3 of us. They only have 5 tables so remember to book way in advance! I made a reservation about 6 weeks before.
